We're online shoppers, too, so we know what it's like to have to wait to receive a product! That's why we aim to ship out orders within 24 hours of receiving them. All orders ship from Florida. Here's a summary of our shipping options:
Free Shipping: We have free shipping (within the U.S.) on orders over $40. Your order should arrive within 3-10 business days.
Base Shipping: Orders under $40 ship for just $5 within the U.S. Orders should arrive in 3-10 business days.
Two-Day Shipping: We have expedited 2-(business)-day shipping within the U.S. available for just $15. If you choose this option and Fedex doesn't meet the deadline, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Overnight Shipping: We have expedited overnight shipping available for $30.
International Shipping: International Shipping differs for each country, but starts at $35. Taxes and Duties are the customer's responsibility
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can mail back the item/s within 1 week of receiving it. Project 6 will refund you the cost of the item/s. The refunds will be issued within 48 hours and usually appear on your credit card or paypal statement within 3-5 business days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Sale items may be subject to a $5 restocking fee per item. Restocking fees cap at $20 per return. (So if you return 6 sale items, instead of a $30 restocking fee, it will only be $20). Restocking fees apply to daily deals, as well.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Although it might cost a few more dollars, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your return and there is no tracking number to track a lost package and start a trace, we will be unable to provide a refund.
